We accept all Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro debit & credit cards. You can also pay through PayPal. At the point of order your bank authorises the payment for you; we then take the authorised payment when we despatch your Firehorse goods to you.
If you place an order for an item that is on pre-order, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods only when your order is ready for despatch. However, if you choose to make payment with PayPal, you will be charged for the full value of the goods as soon as your order is placed.
To amend an order or delivery address, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make amendments prior to despatch.

We want you to receive your Firehorse scarf in perfect condition. Your scarf will arrive beautifully gift wrapped in fine white tissue paper and a luxury Firehorse branded presentation box.

For pre-order items, despatch dates are as accurate as we can make them and are updated regularly. However, until pre-order items are ready for despatch, the dates are subject to change.
We are happy to refund or exchange your Firehorse goods if you are not perfectly satisfied with them. Please advise us in writing within 7 days of placing the order if you wish to return your Firehorse product. Provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging with the tags attached, we will issue a full refund including our standard UK postage charge (expedited and non-UK postage charges are not refundable). Alternatively you may exchange your Firehorse good(s).
For UK orders, please use the FREEPOST returns label and returns/exchanges form supplied with your order. For non-UK orders, please also use the returns/exchanges form supplied with your order, paying for the necessary postage (we advise you use a tracked and signed delivery service as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit and will only issue a refund or exchange upon receipt of the goods to be returned).
We aim to process returns as quickly as we can. You can track your returned parcel to see that it has arrived safely at our warehouse and you will receive an email from us as soon as the refund/exchange has been processed. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Once you have placed an order we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. This however is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A ‘contract of sale’ between you and Firehorse will only exist once an order has been despatched to you, at which point we will confirm despatch of your order by email. Prior to despatch of the product(s), we have the right to decline an order for any reason, including legal and regulatory reasons.
If for any reason we cannot supply you with the product you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you by email and, if you have already made a payment, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible. This does not affect your statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value unless otherwise stated.

We are happy to refund or exchange your Firehorse goods within 21 days of receipt if you are not perfectly satisfied with them. You also have a legal right (under the Distance Selling Regulations) to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund of all charges for the cancelled goods and our UK standard delivery charge. (Please note this does not include expedited and non-UK delivery options). The products must be returned in perfect condition, therefore unwashed and unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and in the original packaging with the tags attached. On occasions Firehorse may offer promotional codes via email or other marketing channels. These codes enable a discount to be applied to your order as specified in the conditions of each specific promotion which may vary.
